WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you've submitted your order, payment is automatically deducted from your account, it can take up to 1-3 business days to be processed. After processing, your item(s) will be shipped immediately (unless stated other wise - not including pre-order items). All packages should arrive in 7-14 business days (standard USPS time length). All items can take up to 20+ days to be delivered (during holidays, etc.) Thank you for your patience. 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time.
  • Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order and delivering it for shipping.
  • We are not liable for damages that occur in shipping.

Due to the made-to-order nature of this shop, Unfortunately, there is a strict no refund policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Red No. 6 D&C Lake, Iron Oxide Black, Red No. 28.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). We offer standard shipping to the USA (2-7 business days). International orders may take up to 10 business days or longer to arrive. You may track your order by visiting www.USPS.com.

HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed with 24-48 hours after being received. If there are any delays, it's either due to volume of sale, time of year or promotion (pre-order, etc). Your confirmation email from MUFF Cosmetics will provide you with proof of purchase for a time frame indication.
